I’ve been coming to Elmsworth location for almost 2 years now. Joy and Lilly the dental nurses are helpful, educational and they try their best to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. Erika the hygienist is the only person I go to for my teeth cleaning,ALWAYS! Ask for Dr.T.Nguyen(the main dentist I attend to,very straightforward) or Dr A(she does more of the costmetic work). More

I've been a patient for 5 years and have had excellent experiences. The overall care of my teeth is important along with the customer service. When Whitney H. greets you, you automatically relax with the warmth of her smile. She takes the time to give you a better understanding of the services you'll be receiving during your visit. I highly RECOMMEND MINT to my family and friends. At first people are a little shocked and hesitant but understand why I'm willing to leave positive comments after their first appointment. More

I L VE this office! Let me start by saying… I felt my credit cards, phone, Drivers License and medical insurance at home. The staff had everything needed in my records. I live in Missouri City so to drive back would have had me extremely late to my appt. Thank Goodness the staff was so kind to hv my file up to date and my insurance already checked. I secondly want to speak about my nurse Joy. She was AMAZING!!! She made me feel safe, comfortable ( I hate going to the dentist) and as an individual. She took care of “ME”. She made “Me” feel like I wasn’t just another patient, but an person with needs. To me, that’s very important. To know that she cared for only Me, and not just a patient chart. She listened patiently and was very attentive. We talked and we laughed… like friends catching up on lost time. She didn’t hurt my mouth at all during examination ( I hv a small mouth and the agony of those internal devices…”take me now Lawd!!”😂😂😂) I could not believe, after all these years…no pain…who knew🤷🏾‍♀️ Next, My Dentist said…”No Cavities!!” 🎉🎉 (🗣️YASSSSS!!!…Won’t He Do It💃🏽) Lastly my Orthodontist Erica, that baby, cleaned my teeth like Molly Maids!!! Time has pasted since my last Mint Dentistry visit . I’m a heavy morning coffee drinker so, the back of my teeth were VERY Stained. I’ve had this issue in the past and my cleanings were always ok. The stains were never totally gone. Then, today, I finally had time to look at the back of my teeth ( the cleaning was yesterday) and when I tell you Erica “CLEAN CLEANED” my teeth! Not one stain to be found! I was shocked! Literally Shocked!! The work this AMAZING Beautiful Soul did for me was unbelievable! Of course, being an Orthodontist, she schooled me on the importance of having a 6 month check up. I’m 50 years old with kids (older than her) and I found myself saying “Yes Ma’am… I promise to do better” 😂😂😂 I let her know that I only wanted to see her (if I’m to come every 6 months). I don’t want anyone else cleaning my teeth. She is truly the G.O.A.T. in her field and I commend her. I hv great respect for the attention to detail, her kindness and her caring ( in my culture, we’d call her Big Mama ) to the smiles of every patients she lays her magical hands on! The entire process was easy going. The environment is catered to you from the music you'd like to listen to, music streaming app, to YouTube videos. I was scared of the dentist due to having a high tolerance for numbing. Simply put, my mouth doesn't numb well. Rest assured, Mint dentistry had me in there not feeling a thing upon getting two teeth pulled. I think the best thing overall was the post op surgery instructions card they give you. It really tells you how to care for yourself regarding the surgery, afterwards. Overall, I loved it! I'd recommend the location to any and everyone. More

We are on vacation from MN and my sons braces wire popped off and was digging in to his cheek. We stopped in just to get some wax and they offered to clip his wire on the spot and take care of him. I must say this location is very nice and professional from the front desk all the way to the technicians and the doctor, and back out the door everyone is so friendly! They truly uplift my spirits when I come in! I have 8 AM appointments so you already know that I’m pretty sleepy and no coffee as well… so yeah. I can still tell they are always happy and super caring. They are always willing to answer questions I have. The service is so fast, i’d wait less than three minutes literally three minutes Or less! my appointments start to finish last about 25 minutes, the rest is just me asking questions and making sure I understand everything. I was nervous about getting Invisalign however Dr. Crosby and Dr. Stein (I hope I got his name right) assured me the process would be easy and it really is. More

My visit to MINT DENTISTRY was awesome! The receptionist greeted me with a smile and a professional attitude. My doctor was very thorough with my plan and concerns about my teeth. He explained my issues and made recommendations that addressed them. My hygienist was very personable. I was really put at ease with his polite conversation. He explained how clean and sterile the business was. He noted customer care and cleanliness was a high priority! With all the concerns with Covid 19, I felt very protected. Updates: I have come to talked to the receptionist at Mint and learned that they did not know anything about the notification of closure on Monday on which I got the notification before my appointment. I still came on Monday and they were happy to take me in. The service was exceptional and everyone was so courteous and accommodating. I will definitely come back. Thank you Veronica for helping me and Dr. Nguyen for providing treatments. Thank you very much Mint dental. Three attempts to make a single appointment with Mint but never seems to work well as I expected. First off, I made an appointment online with the Greenway location. I even finished paperwork and provided insurance info beforehand. They even called back to confirm the appointment. I ended up going there learning they couldn't take new patient at the time of my appointment online (5pm), then they were blaming the online appointment is still new and not reliable, blaming the person who called me were from the corporate office and they didn't have no idea what was going on in the actual dentist office. Ok, I understand the problem here. Miscommunication and conflicts of schedules between the office hours and online. Second, I made an appointment with the Greenway location again and they suggested me to go the Elmsworth location. They even called to book an appointment for me. The girl said I could come in the afternoon. She sent me paperwork to fill out again and ask me to provide my insurance info. After sending a text message of confirmation. I hang up and got a phone call from the Elmsworth location, saying that they couldn't accept me at that time because it was fully booked... I mean, didn't the lady earlier check with y'all to make an appointment for me just a minute ago??? So I remained calm...and rescheduled to the week after since I had to work every day. 3 days later, Friday, they called me when I was at work, notified me that they'd be closing the office on Monday, the day I had the THIRD ATTEMPT of appointment with them, and asked me to RESCHEDULE AGAIN!!! I mean... is it just me? Am I that unlucky that y'all always reschedule me on the last minute??? The hospitality was beyond excellent, although they didn’t supply the BEATS headphones as advertised, they did have the massage chairs and the staff was very nice. I also love how they have payment plans to work with you on whatever your insurance doesn’t cover. Overall it was a great experience and they move pretty fast so there isn’t a long wait to be seen. Updates: I have come to talked to the receptionist at Mint and learned that they did not know anything about the notification of closure on Monday on which I got the notification before my appointment. I still came on Monday and they were happy to take me in. The service was exceptional and everyone was so courteous and accommodating. I will definitely come back. Thank you Veronica for helping me and Dr. Nguyen for providing treatments. Thank you very much Mint dental. Three attempts to make a single appointment with Mint but never seems to work well as I expected. First off, I made an appointment online with the Greenway location. I even finished paperwork and provided insurance info beforehand. They even called back to confirm the appointment. I ended up going there learning they couldn't take new patient at the time of my appointment online (5pm), then they were blaming the online appointment is still new and not reliable, blaming the person who called me were from the corporate office and they didn't have no idea what was going on in the actual dentist office. Ok, I understand the problem here. Miscommunication and conflicts of schedules between the office hours and online. Second, I made an appointment with the Greenway location again and they suggested me to go the Elmsworth location. They even called to book an appointment for me. The girl said I could come in the afternoon. She sent me paperwork to fill out again and ask me to provide my insurance info. After sending a text message of confirmation. I hang up and got a phone call from the Elmsworth location, saying that they couldn't accept me at that time because it was fully booked... I mean, didn't the lady earlier check with y'all to make an appointment for me just a minute ago??? So I remained calm...and rescheduled to the week after since I had to work every day. 3 days later, Friday, they called me when I was at work, notified me that they'd be closing the office on Monday, the day I had the THIRD ATTEMPT of appointment with them, and asked me to RESCHEDULE AGAIN!!! I mean... is it just me? Am I that unlucky that y'all always reschedule me on the last minute??? This was my first time at a mint dentistry location but I’d heard great things about them from other people. The office is clean and everyone is super friendly which I appreciated. They were training new staff and asked my permission every step of the way to allow the trainees to look and learn and I appreciated that as well. The assistant Brittany was great & My hygienist, Erica, did a good job of educating me while doing my cleaning. I didn’t spend too much time with the dentist himself although he was super kind as well, but from most dentists I’ve been too regular cleanings are done with the hygienists and a lot of time with the dentist usually means there is something serious about to happen. For someone like me that doesn’t have many days off it was a perfect in and out quick appointment. If you’re the type to feel under appreciated because they do their job quickly this might not be the place for you but for me it was perfect. More

This is my 2nd time at this location and each time it has been great. Today Erica took care of me and she was very nice as well as Dr. Sultan. They made me feel very comfortable and secure. I love this place. It's actually the best dentists I have had thru out my experience going to the dentist all these years. The office is always clean, warm and inviting l. My appointment for my 4 year old & myself went great. The last time it was horrible, my daughter screamed & cried the entire time. The dentist was so impatient with her. I decided to give Mint one more try & I’m glad I did. All of the staff Tamara, Erika, Jasmaine, Linda, Danilo, & Dr. Abraham from my arrival to departure were fabulous. They took time with my daughter & made her feel comfortable & allowed her to ask questions. That really stood out for me. She has never been that calm during a dental visit. My appointment was great as well. Danilo was so nice & kept asking if I was ok. He also told me I had beautiful teeth, so that helped a lot :-) Dr. Abraham was also very nice. If we can see this same staff we will definitely be back. More

My visit to MINT DENTISTRY was awesome! The receptionist greeted me with a smile and a professional attitude. My doctor was very thorough with my plan and concerns about my teeth. He explained my issues and made recommendations that addressed them. My hygienist was very personable. I was really put at ease with his polite conversation. He explained how clean and sterile the business was. He noted customer care and cleanliness was a high priority! With all the concerns with Covid 19, I felt very protected. Masks were required for everyone and appointments were spaced out appropriately! I highly recommend this establishment. More
